Regarding responses to fraudulent orders

Currently, our store is receiving orders that are suspected to have been fraudulently used by credit cards.

For your own safety, we ask that you please make payment using a credit card with the same name as the person making the order.

In order to prevent such fraudulent acts, we have taken the following measures.

・If there is anything suspicious, we may contact the orderer by phone to confirm their identity.　

・If we are unable to contact you using your registered phone number or email address and cannot confirm your identity, your order may be automatically canceled.　

・If there are any deficiencies or suspicious points in the order information, we may cancel your order.　

・We may decline your order depending on the status of past transactions.　 -Customers placing an order for the first time or customers placing a large order may be contacted to confirm their order.　

・If there is anything suspicious, we may ask you to confirm your identity (phone confirmation, identification, etc.).
