  1. Select artwork to purchase 

    Once you have selected the item and size (A2 or A3) you wish to purchase, select the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
    To continue shopping, press the "Continue Shopping" button.
    You will be returned to the product page, so please continue to enjoy your shopping.
    If you would like to proceed to checkout (confirm your order), please proceed to the next step.

    How to purchase the Frame
    Frame purchases can only be made if the shipping destination is within Japan.
    If you wish to have the frame shipped within Japan, go to the frame purchase screen and select the combination of [Frame size (A2 or A3) / Frame type (No.1 to No.5) ]. Please select it and add to cart.
    If the item is purchased together with the artwork, it will be shipped framed.
    If you do not wish to have your item framed, please contact us at contact@jpdept.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
    Please note that if you order a large amount to be shipped overseas, we will cancel your order.

  2. Confirmation / change of order details and purchase procedures

    You can check and charge the contents of the items added to your cart in STEP1.
    If you wish to change the order quantity, enter the number in the quantity box and click the "Change" button.
    (Please press the change button for each product. The change will only be reflected in the product for which you press the change button.)

    If you wish to cancel your order, please click the "Delete" button.
    To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Return to shopping page.
    If you have finished shopping and wish to proceed with the purchase procedure, please click the "Proceed to purchase procedure" button and proceed to the shopping checkout screen.
    ※Please check the payment method and legal information in advance.


  3. Enter buyer information

    Please check your order details (item quantity and price) and enter your purchaser information.
    Once you have entered the information, click the "Next" button and specify the delivery address, payment method, etc.


  4. Select delivery address and payment method

    ・Select delivery destination
    Select your delivery address. Please follow the on-screen instructions and enter the requires information.

    ・Select payment method
    You can choose from "Card Payment", "PayPal", and "Amazon Pay".
    Select your preferred payment method and press the check button for the applicable item.
    After confirming that information you entered is correct, press the "Next" button.


  5. Confirm order details and complete shopping

    Once all information has been entered, please check your order details again.
    If there are no mistakes, please press the "Order with this content" button.
    Your order is complete when you will be redirected to the "Thank you for your order" screen and your order number and purchase amount will be desplayed.


  6. Once your order is complete

    An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you entered. Please check your order details again.
